I. Basic Information
The testing center of China Silicon Corporation Ltd. is a national-level testing and analysis center affiliated with the National Engineering Research Center for Silicon-based Materials Preparation Technology. It is also one of the earliest testing institutions in China to engage in the analysis and testing of silicon-based materials. The testing center primarily focuses on conducting testing of important raw and auxiliary materials, as well as finished products, in the polycrystalline silicon industry, semiconductor industry, electronic gas industry, industrial gas industry, and other related fields. In addition, the center also conducts research on new testing methods. The testing center covers a total area of 4,600 square meters, with a testing area of 1,500 square meters and a constant temperature clean area of 1,400 square meters. It includes 37 laboratories, such as a mass spectrometry analysis room, gas phase analysis room, chemical analysis room, and silicon crystal testing room. There are also nine clean rooms at the thousand level and two ultra-clean benches. The testing center is equipped with over 50 sets of international advanced analytical equipment and has a complete supply of certified standard materials and chemical reagents. Of the certified standard materials and chemical reagents, there are over 30 types of certified standard materials related to the industry and over 200 types of chemical reagents. The testing center is a comprehensive laboratory that combines instrument analysis and chemical analysis, and it has strong capabilities in both continuous testing and research and development. The testing center was accredited by the CNAS in 2013 and is a member of the Semiconductor Material Technical Committee. It is also a core member of the SEMI Standards PV and PV Materials China. The center has participated in the formulation of over 20 national and industry standards for semiconductor materials and three SEMI standards. It has been recognized with awards such as the first and second prizes for National Standards of Semiconductor Materials and the SEMI Standards Excellence Award. The testing center has a highly skilled team with 60% of the staff holding undergraduate degrees or higher and 8% holding postgraduate degrees. They have extensive experience and expertise, which enables them to provide high-quality testing services.
